To confirm your booking with Shaheen Travel, you typically need to pay at least 50% of the total package cost upfront. The remaining balance is due before final travel documents (like tickets, hotel vouchers, or visa papers) are issued. In some cases—especially for early-bird offers or group tours—full payment may be required in advance. All payment terms will be clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.

At Shaheen Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
30 days or more before travel: 10% cancellation fee
15–29 days before travel: 30% cancellation fee
7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
Note: Visa fees, taxes, and booking convenience charges are non-refundable. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10–15 working days.
