Shaheen Travel is a travel agency offering tour packages, ticketing services, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and related travel services for domestic and international destinations.
The terms “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Shaheen Travel. The term “you” or “client” refers to the user or customer booking a travel service.
All bookings must be made through our website, official partners, or authorized agents.
You must provide accurate information including full name, contact details, and identity verification (passport or ID).
Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation via email or message.
Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or cash (at designated locations).
All international payments are subject to currency conversion charges, which are to be borne by the customer.
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to secure the booking.
Full payment must be made before the issuance of travel documents (tickets, visas, hotel vouchers).
If payment fails or is reversed, Shaheen Travel has the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email.
Cancellation charges vary by service:
30+ days before travel: 10% of total package cost.
15-29 days before travel: 30%
7-14 days: 50%
Less than 7 days: No refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 working days.
Convenience fees, visa charges, and government taxes are non-refundable.
In rare situations (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest, flight cancellation), we reserve the right to cancel bookings.
Customers will be offered rescheduling or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Each package will clearly mention services included (transport, stay, meals, activities) and services excluded (entry tickets, personal expenses, insurance, etc.). Please review your package details before booking.
While we strive to stick to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to modify schedules or routes due to unforeseen situations like weather conditions, strikes, or flight delays.
No compensation will be made for unused services due to such circumstances.
Group tours require minimum participation. In case of low occupancy, we may merge groups or provide alternative options.
Shaheen Travel offers visa assistance; however, granting of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy.
You are responsible for submitting valid documents and passport copies.
Any delay in document submission may result in visa denial, and we shall not be held responsible.
We are not liable for delays, visa rejections, or deportation due to incomplete/incorrect documents or false information.
We recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss. Shaheen Travel is not responsible for any financial losses due to lack of insurance.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process.
We expect respectful and lawful behavior during travel. Misconduct may lead to removal from the tour with no refund.
You must inform us in advance of any medical condition or disability that may affect your ability to participate in a tour.
Shaheen Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (earthquakes, floods)
War, terrorism, political unrest
Airline/railway delays or strikes
Epidemics or pandemics
In such events, refund policies or rescheduling options will be at our discretion.
Shaheen Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the travel.
We act only as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport services, etc.
Any claims arising due to the actions of these third parties must be directed to them.
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos is the intellectual property of Shaheen Travel and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website by:
Hacking or introducing viruses
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
Disrupting services or misleading users
Legal action will be taken against users violating our digital property.
